FULL ITINERARY

Day 1

Arrive at Seville airport and be met by your guide and coach driver
Transfer to the 4 star Hotel Ribera de Triana or similar, Seville 
for 2 nights bed and breakfast accommodation
Free time for lunch dependent on flight arrival time
Afternoon sightseeing walking tour of the city to include the beautiful Alcazar and Plaza de Espana
Early evening welcome drink in the roof bar of the hotel
Dinner in a local restaurant
After which free time to explore the city

Day 2

After breakfast depart for Umbrete and visit the Bodegas Salado
Talk on the grape varieties, climate, land, processing and storage systems including visiting the cellars
On to Villanueva del Ariscal to visit the Bodegas Gongora one of the oldest wineries in the area
Lunch in local restaurant including local wines
Afternoon return to Seville for free time
Early evening exclusive cooking class on how to prepare Spanish Paella
Evening meal of Paella
Overnight at the Hotel Ribera de Triana

Day 3

After breakfast check out of hotel and depart for Lebrija to visit the Bodega Gonzalez Palacios
On to Jerez de la Frontera and the ‘Sherry Triangle’ 
Visit wineries in El Puerto including the famous ‘Terry’ Bodega
After a short drive back to Jerez a VIP visit to ‘Sandeman’ Bodega and cellars for tasting of their magnificent ‘sherries’
Check into the 4 star Hotel Cueva Park, Jerez
Free time to explore Jerez de la Frontera

Day 4

After breakfast check out of hotel
Journey to the pristine vineyards and valleys to the Huerta de Albalá estate outside Arcos de la Frontera. 
Tour of the property then finish with a tasting of the full range of wines with a light lunch
Depart for Chiclana to visit the Bodegas Sanatorio for a tour and wine tasting
Return to Seville
Check into the 4 star Hotel Ribera de Triana or similar
Farewell Tapas dinner in the Santa Cruz quarter

Day 5 

After Breakfast check out of hotel for transfer back to Seville airport
